Fire Rated Loft Doors

A cost effective simple solution to loft door access when combined with drop down loft doors. The robust two or three section aluminium ladders are compact lightweight and easy to fit. The ladders are designed with deep non-slip treads, a metal safety catch preventing premature drop during sliding ladder operation and rubber feet for extra stability.

Fire Rated Access Panel
A range of Fire Rated Access panels to provide various sizes of protected openings, in both ceilings and walls, giving access to building engineering services. For easy access to: Controls, Valves, Electric Wiring Systems and Fuse Boxes. All Fire Rated Access panels are lockable, the door is finished in a powder coated white steel and can be over painted to blend with the surrounding surface. Fire Rated panels need to be secured on all four sides and a protective layer of resistant board must be fitted around the perimeter of the frame.
Tile Access Panel
Providing access to hidden services while still preserving a quality, streamline finish for use with ceramic tiles.
In many modern bathrooms and kitchens the streamline effect of tiling is spoiled by a screwed –to-wall piece of plasterboard providing access to concealed services. The tile access panel solves the problem without spoiling the finish of the tile work. Supplied in a kit form quick and easy to fit , can be cut to fit the exact size needed upto 465mm x 465mm.
Kit includes:
- 4 Lengths of UPVC frame extrusion
- 8 high impact polystyrene corner supports
- 1 fibre cement back board
- 2 magnetic touch latches
